Our official paperwork still shows the address at 472/41 Chisti Chaman in the Kishan Ganj area of Delhi, but if you look for us there today, you might have some trouble. Right now, the whole team is actually down in Pune for work. It is a bit of a strange situation having the roots in Delhi but doing all the daily tasks hundreds of miles away. Back in Delhi, the area around Chisti Chaman is very old and tightly packed with narrow lanes and lots of history. We still keep that connection, but the actual operations of Rohan Group have shifted to where the projects are. Managing things from a distance takes some effort, but we have a rhythm down now. We spend most of our time on site or in temporary setups in Pune. The transition happened because that is where the growth was, and we just followed the work. It is not always easy explaining to people why our address says one thing while we are standing in a completely different city. We deal with a lot of phone calls and emails to bridge that gap. The work itself stays the same regardless of the pin code. We are just a group of people moving between cities to get things built and sorted out. It is a practical way of doing business even if it means we are living out of suitcases more than we would like to admit.
