We are set up at D-150 in Kamla Nagar. It’s a lively neighborhood with plenty of shops and people walking around. Our building is a bit older, but it serves us well for what we do. As an agency, we spend most of our time acting as the middleman for different products. There are always stacks of catalogs and price lists on the desks. We spend hours on the phone talking to vendors and trying to sort out delivery schedules. It’s not always smooth; sometimes a shipment is late or something gets mixed up, and we have to spend the afternoon fixing it. We don't have a big corporate lobby. If you walk in, you’ll likely see us hunched over our computers or talking to a delivery guy. It’s a small operation, and we’ve known most of our contacts for a long time. We aren't really into fancy marketing tactics. We just rely on being reliable and getting back to people when we say we will. The office can get a little cluttered with samples and files, but we have our own system for finding things. It’s a straightforward business in a busy part of town. We just keep moving along, day by day, making sure the agencies we represent are being handled properly. It can be stressful when things don't go according to plan, but we've seen it all before. We just take it one step at a time until the job is done.
