We have been operating out of this spot in Nathu Colony for quite some time now. Gali Number 8 is where you will find us, right at C-/862. It is not the easiest place to find if you aren't from around here, but the locals know the way. New Delhi is always crowded and the streets are narrow, so getting the cargo through takes some patience. We mostly just focus on getting the work done. There are a few of us here at Ritco. Cargo Pvt. Ltd every morning, checking the lists and making sure the packages are where they need to be. It’s a lot of manual work and sometimes the weather makes it tough, especially when the monsoon rains start and the streets get a bit flooded. We don’t have fancy furniture or a big lobby. It’s just a practical space where we keep things moving. We deal with a lot of different items coming in and out every day. Sometimes the trucks arrive late and we have to stay a bit longer than we planned. That is just how it goes in this business. We know the neighbors and they know us. Most of the time it is just about making sure the address on the box matches the destination. We try to keep it simple and not overcomplicate things. It’s a local operation and we take it one day at a time. If you stop by, you'll probably see us sorting through some crates or on the phone trying to track down a driver. That is the reality of Nathu Colony life for us.
