We've been here in Khari Baoli for a while now. If you know Chandni Chowk, you know how busy it gets around 464, U G F. It's crowded but that's just how business happens in this part of Delhi. We handle a lot of different things coming in and out, mostly spice and grocery related items but we branch out too. It's not a fancy office with big glass windows or anything like that. Just a regular spot where we get our work done every day. People come by, we talk about shipments, and we try to keep things moving. My desk is usually covered in papers and there's always noise from the street outside. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in Delhi. We just want to do right by the people we work with. Most days it's just us coordinating with transporters and checking on stock in the warehouse. It can get a bit chaotic during peak hours when the trucks are trying to get through. You learn to live with the traffic and the constant bustle of the market. Sometimes the internet is slow or a delivery gets delayed because of the narrow lanes, but we manage. We aren't into those big fancy presentations. We just focus on the actual items we’re moving. Dealing with imports and exports from a place like this keeps us busy. We've seen the neighborhood change over the years but the way we do things stays pretty much the same. It’s practical work for practical people.
