Ratna Prabhat Overseas Private Limited is located in the GTK Industrial Area at House No. 113 in Block B. If you know the industrial estates in Delhi, you know they are full of life and constant activity. There is always the sound of machinery or loading and unloading going on right nearby. Our office is a straightforward space in a plain brick building. We have a couple of rooms for the staff and a larger area where we keep the records for our overseas business. The desks are made of heavy wood and the chairs are the standard rolling type you get at the local market. We have a small window that lets in some sunlight, but mostly we rely on the overhead tube lights. The atmosphere is very busy because there is always a deadline to meet or a shipment to coordinate with the port. We don't have a break room, so we usually just eat our tiffins at our desks while chatting about the news or the weather. The industrial area can be a bit rough around the edges, but it is where the real work happens. We have been in Block B for quite some time now and know the other business owners on the street. It is not a place for luxury, just a place for getting things done. We focus on our daily logs and making sure the overseas clients get what they need without any big delays.
