Rana Calander Company

Rana Calander Company is located at 4077-78 on Nai Sarak. This is right in the middle of Chandni Chowk, so you can imagine the crowd. It is one of those old buildings where the stairs are very steep and narrow. We have been doing printing and calendar work here for a long time. The smell of fresh ink is something you never really get used to, but it is always there. We have stacks of paper everywhere, from the floor to the ceiling. Sometimes it feels like the whole place is made of paper. We make all sorts of calendars and diaries for shops and offices. During the end of the year, it gets incredibly hectic. We are usually working late into the night just to keep up with the demand. The machinery is old but it still works fine if you know how to handle it. We don't have a fancy website or a sales team. Most people find us by walking through the lanes or because their fathers bought from us years ago. It is a very traditional way of doing business. We sit on cushions on the floor sometimes to go over the designs with customers. It is loud and hot and crowded, but that is just how Nai Sarak is. We wouldn't know what to do with a modern office. This is where we belong and we know almost every shopkeeper on this street by name.
