Our office is on the upper ground floor of House Number 22 in New Gupta Colony, Block-B. Rama Tradewindow Llp is a small-scale operation, and we like it that way. We are situated in North West Delhi, which is a busy area with a lot of local character. It’s not a high-rise office building, just a practical space where we can focus on our trading business. We handle a variety of items and deal with different markets, so our days are never quite the same. We aren't the type of company to use big corporate talk or make empty promises. We just tell you what we can do and then we try our best to do it. It’s a lot of physical paperwork and tracking orders on the computer. Sometimes the electricity cuts out for a bit, but we just wait it out or find another way to work. We are a small team, so everyone does a bit of everything. One person might be on the phone while the other is checking a delivery. It’s hands-on and very direct. We value the relationships we’ve built with our suppliers and clients over time. It’s mostly just about being consistent and getting the details right. We don't have any flashy signs out front, just our name and a lot of hard work going on inside.
