Ram Chander & Sons

Ram Chander & Sons is based out of Sanjay Gandhi Transport Nagar. We are at Plot No. C-107 in Swami Shradhanand Park. It’s right near Nav Jyoti Public School, so you hear the kids playing during their break times. That kind of livens up the day, though the trucks around here can get pretty loud too. Being near Bhalaswa Dairy means there is always something moving on the roads. It’s a busy area, lots of dust and movement. Our building is a simple one, nothing special to look at, but it serves us well. We’ve got a lot of history in this spot. The family has been around these parts for a long time. Usually, you’ll find one of us sitting at the main desk dealing with whoever walks in. It’s a lot of manual work and keeping track of logs. We don't have fancy furniture or big signs. Just the name on the front and a place to sit. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon, so we just sit outside for a bit until it comes back. It’s a very local way of doing things. People stop by just to chat or ask directions because we’ve been here so long. We know the neighborhood like the back of our hands. It’s just a normal day of work for us, keeping things moving as best as we can. It gets a bit cold in the winter months, but we just wrap up and keep going.
