R G Stone Opd Clinic is situated at Door No B-12 in Model Town, specifically in the Derawal Nagar side of Model Town-2. We are very easy to spot because we are right opposite metro pillars 14 and 15. This OPD clinic is where we see a lot of people coming in for consultations regarding kidney stones and other related issues. The office is set up to be practical. We have a waiting area that fills up pretty fast during the peak morning hours. People travel from different parts of North Delhi to reach us here. The atmosphere is generally busy but we try to keep things moving so no one has to wait longer than necessary. Our staff spends the day answering phones, organizing files, and making sure the doctors have what they need for each patient. It’s not a fancy place, just a dedicated medical office that deals with specific health problems. Sometimes the metro line overhead makes a bit of noise, but we are used to it by now. We have been in this location for a good amount of time, and the landmark of the metro pillars really helps new patients find the entrance. We focus on the reports and the patient talks, keeping things straightforward. It’s just a regular workday for us, helping people figure out their treatment plans and getting them through the system. We try to keep the chairs clean and the water cooler filled for everyone who comes by.
