Pushpam Enterprises is right here in Ballabh Market, up on the third floor. If you know Kucha Natwa in Chandni Chowk, you know how busy it gets. We've been working out of this spot for a while now. Most days it’s just us handling orders and talking to people who come by. It’s not a fancy office or anything, just a place where we get the job done. Sometimes the stairs are a bit much, especially when we have a lot of stuff moving in and out, but that’s just how it is in this part of Delhi. We deal with various goods and keep things moving. The market is always loud, and there’s always someone looking for something specific. We try to keep track of everything, though it gets a bit hectic. It's a small team here. We spend our mornings checking what came in and the afternoons making sure everything goes where it needs to go. Being in Chandni Chowk means you meet all sorts of people every single day. Some are regulars we’ve known for years, others just find us because they heard we have what they need. We don't really do much advertising. People usually just find their way to our door in Ballabh Market. It’s a tight space, but we make it work. Just a regular business trying to stay organized in the middle of all the chaos outside. Nothing too complicated about it. We just open up, do the work, and head home.
