Pritam Sons

Pritam Sons is located at 14 Chandni Chowk, right on Esplanade Road. If you know the area, you know how crowded and lively it gets. There’s always someone shouting, a horn honking, or the smell of street food nearby. We’ve been part of this landscape for quite some time now. Our shop isn't very large, but we pack a lot into it. It’s a family-run feel here, even if not everyone is related. We keep our stock on high shelves that require a ladder to reach. It’s a bit of an old-school way of doing things, but it works for us. Customers walk in off the street, often looking a bit overwhelmed by the noise outside, and we try to help them find what they need. We don’t use a lot of high-tech systems for our tracking; a lot of it is still done with pen and paper because it’s faster for us. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we haven't found the time to move everything out of the way to do it. We’re usually here from early morning until the sun goes down. People stop by just to chat sometimes, which is nice. It’s just how things are in this part of the city. We do our work, talk to the neighbors, and go home. Sometimes it’s stressful, but mostly it is just part of being in Chandni Chowk. We wouldn't really have it any other way, to be honest.
