Out in the Bawana Industrial Area, specifically at M-209 in Sector 5, you’ll find Presswell Components. We’re part of the DSIDC Udyog Vihar setup. It’s a long way from the center of town, so the commute is a bit of a grind for everyone. The area is massive, just row after row of factories. Our building is a standard industrial unit. It’s got a big metal door and high walls. Inside, the floor is busy with workers and components. We make parts, so there’s a lot of repetitive noise from the presses—clink, clink, clink all day. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we do. We have a tiny office upstairs where we try to escape the noise for a bit to handle the admin side. The windows look out over other roofs. It’s mostly gray and dusty outside. We drink a lot of tea to keep going through the shifts. It’s a team effort here; everyone knows their station. We don’t have any fancy mission statements on the walls. We just focus on making sure the components are right before they go out the door. Sometimes things break down and we have to spend half the night fixing them. That’s just factory life. It’s about being reliable and showing up every morning to do the same thing again. It is what it is, and we make the best of the space we have here in Sector 5.
