PENDLETON ROGERS HOSPITALITY LLP

Down at 13 Alipur Road in Civil Lines, things feel a little different than the rest of North Delhi. It has got that older feel to it, and that is where we run Pendleton Rogers Hospitality LLP. We are a small group of partners who decided to get into the hospitality game. We do not have a big corporate board or anything like that. It is just us in the office, looking over spreadsheets and talking to our staff at the various locations we manage. The building we are in has some character, which we like. Some days we spend more time fixing the printer than we do looking at new business, but that is just how it goes sometimes. We handle everything from the cleaning schedules to making sure the taxes are paid on time. Civil Lines is a good spot for us because it is central but feels a bit more relaxed than the city center. We are not trying to change the world, just trying to provide a decent place for people to stay when they visit Delhi. Our focus is on the day-to-day stuff that actually matters to a guest, like whether the water is hot or the bed is actually clean. We do not use a lot of big words or fancy talk because we are just normal folks doing a job. If you walk past our place on Alipur Road, you might see us through the window just working away.
