We have been here in Sector 16 Rohini for a while now. Most people know us from the ground floor shop at G 3 61. It gets pretty busy around here during the day with all the traffic. We handle insurance paperwork and help folks figure out what they need for their cars or life policies. It’s not flashy work but it’s what we do. Dealing with insurance can be a headache for most people so they come to us to sort it out. We spend a lot of time on the phone or filling out forms on the computer. The office isn't very big but it works for us and the neighbors stop by sometimes just to ask a quick question about their premium. Delhi heat makes the afternoons tough but we keep the fans going. Sometimes the internet is slow and we have to tell people to wait a bit. We try to keep things straightforward. If you live near Rohini you probably pass by our place often. There are plenty of shops around but we’ve stayed put at this address for a good stretch. We don't have a big fancy team just a few of us here making sure the records are right. People want their claims handled without too much trouble and that's basically what we spend our hours doing every day. It's a regular job and we like the people who come in. There is always a lot of paperwork to file away and we stay late sometimes to get it done.
