P K Marketing Co is located at 2393/112A in Vidhya Market. We are right in the middle of Chatta Shahji in the Chawri Bazar area. If you know this part of town, you know how crowded and lively it is every single day. The market is a huge tangle of small shops and narrow alleys. We have a small spot here where we keep our stock and do our business. It is definitely not a place for a quiet conversation. There is always the sound of carts being pushed over the stones and people shouting out their orders. Our space is packed from floor to ceiling with cardboard boxes. We have to stay very organized just to find enough room to sit down at the desk. We have been in Chawri Bazar for a long time, so we have seen the market change quite a bit over the decades. But our little corner stays pretty much the same. We do not do much in the way of fancy advertising or promotion. Most of our business is just done face to face or over the telephone. We drink a lot of tea while we work to keep ourselves going. The building is quite old and has a lot of character, though the stairs can be a bit steep for some people. It is a fast-paced environment and you have to be quick. We just focus on getting the goods moved.
