Ortho India is based at 2045, Outram Line in G T B Nagar. It’s a well-known area and we’ve been part of it for a long while. The building we’re in is an older one, but it’s sturdy and keeps us dry. We don’t have a lot of bells and whistles here. The rooms are mostly filled with stock and basic office furniture. It’s a practical setup for the kind of work we do. Usually, the phone is ringing or someone is stopping by to pick up an order. We aren't the type to use big words or have complicated processes. If someone needs something, we look for it in the back and get it out to them. The staff here is just a few local people who know the neighborhood well. G T B Nagar can get pretty crowded, especially during the market days, but we like the buzz. Sometimes we have to move boxes around just to find a place to sit and have a cup of tea. We don't spend money on fancy rugs or paintings for the walls. We'd rather just keep things moving smoothly. It’s an honest way to make a living and we’ve gotten to know a lot of the regulars over the years. We aren't looking to change much, just keeping on with what we know. It is a simple place where we do our daily work without any fuss.
