It’s a lively area, and our office reflects that energy in its own quiet way. The building is older, with those thick walls that stay cool even when it's hot outside. We have a couple of rooms where we keep our files and equipment. It’s nothing fancy, just a place where we sit down and get things done. We don’t have a marketing department or anyone to write fancy speeches for us. We just talk to people plainly and handle our business the way we always have. Sometimes the delivery trucks block the entrance, and we have to wait a bit to get in or out. That’s just life in the market. We have a small kitchen area where we make tea, and the kettle is almost always on. The shelves are packed with folders from years of work. We know we should probably digitize more of it, but the paper system works for us. It’s a tight-knit group here, and we don't have many secrets from one another. We just keep showing up and doing what needs to be done. The floorboards creak a little when you walk toward the back office, but we don't mind the noise much. We've grown attached to this old space.
