We are located in West Sant Nagar, tucked away in Nehru Gali. The address is H.No.2, Block Street 1 A 2, which sounds more complicated than it actually is once you get here. We are technically on the border of Delhi and Haryana, so things get a bit confusing with the post sometimes. Our zip code is 100084, but we mostly just tell people to look for the landmark at the end of the street. Om Logistics has been operating out of this spot for a good while. The lane is narrow, so when a big delivery comes, everyone on the street knows about it. It’s a lively place to work. You hear the street vendors and the neighbors all day long. We have a couple of rooms where we keep our files and take our calls. It’s not fancy. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, and the chairs aren't the most comfortable, but we spend most of our time on the phone anyway. Logistics in a place like Delhi requires a lot of patience. You have to deal with the traffic and the heat every single day. We don’t talk much about visions or goals; we just focus on getting the paperwork signed and the trucks moving. It’s honest work, and we like being part of the local community here in Sant Nagar. We’ll be here tomorrow doing the same thing.
