Numen Benison Reality Llp is based in Ashok Vihar. Our office is located at House Number 25C in Block-J, Phase 1. This is in the North West part of Delhi. Ashok Vihar has its own unique feel and we have been working from this specific spot for quite some time. Since we are in a residential block, it is usually much quieter than the main commercial roads. We deal with all sorts of real estate and property issues. Our office is just a normal room with a few desks and plenty of paper files stacked up. We aren't a big, fancy company with a huge marketing budget or lots of advertisements. We just work with the people who happen to find us. Some of our days are spent entirely on the phone or just waiting for a client to show up for a meeting. We know all the local parks and the shops around Block-J. It is a nice neighborhood to work in. We handle the various bits of paperwork involved in buying or selling property. It can be a slow and sometimes frustrating process, but we stick with it. We don't make any grand promises. We just do the job as best as we can. Our neighbors know us as the local property people in the corner building. We don't wear suits or anything formal, just normal clothes. We try to be honest about the market.
