North Delhi Power Limited, Delhi

We are working out of Vasudha Apartment here in Rohini. The office is at Flat No. 235 on Plot No. 41 in Sector 9. North Delhi Power Limited has been using this space for a while now. Delhi is a big place, but Sector 9 feels like a steady spot to be. The 110085 area is mostly residential, so it’s quieter than the main markets. Our office is just a regular flat that’s been converted for work. It doesn’t have big signs or a lobby. You just come up to the flat like you’re visiting a neighbor. We have our desks and computers set up in the different rooms. It can get a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. The balcony gives us a little fresh air when we need a break. It’s a practical way to have a base in this part of North Delhi. People living in the apartment complex see us coming and going every day. It’s a simple setup, nothing corporate or flashy about it. We handle the paperwork and the planning from here. Sometimes the parking in the complex is a bit of a headache, but that’s just life in Delhi. It’s a decent place to get our work done without too much fuss. We’ve been here long enough that it feels like home.
