Nine Design

Nine Design is a small outfit located in Timarpur, over at 390, Sector-4, Type-2. It’s a quiet residential area in Delhi, which is nice because it helps us focus on the creative side of things. We aren't a big agency with hundreds of employees and a glass-walled office. It’s just a few of us in a space that used to be a regular living area. We have our computers set up on long tables, and there are sketches and notes pinned up all over the walls. It can get a bit messy when we’re in the middle of a big project, but that’s just how we work. We do all sorts of design tasks, mostly things that local businesses or individuals need help with. It’s not about being trendy or flashy; we just try to make things look good and work well. Sometimes the neighbors’ kids are playing outside and it gets a bit noisy, but we don't mind. We’ve been here for a while and the community knows us. We don’t really do any big promotions or advertising. Most of our work comes from people who live nearby or heard about us from a friend. We take our time with each job and try to get it right. It’s a simple, local business and we’re happy to keep it that way. No corporate nonsense, just design. We enjoy the process of making things from scratch.
