Newage Industries

We are situated on the third floor at B-1/5&6 in Malkaganj, Delhi. It’s an old industrial building and the stairs are quite steep, which makes it a bit of a workout every morning. We do various kinds of manufacturing work here. The space is filled with machines and boxes piled up to the ceiling. It gets quite dusty, so we have to clean the equipment every few days to keep it running right. Delhi is always busy and noisy, and Malkaganj is no exception to that rule. We can hear the markets from our windows. I’ve been working here for years, and most of the staff have been with me for a long time too. We aren't a big corporation with fancy lobbies. It’s just a workshop where we get things made. Sometimes we have to work through the weekend if a big order comes in late. My desk is covered in papers and old coffee mugs that I forget to take home. We use a lot of local suppliers for our parts. It’s a tight-knit community in this building, and we all know each other’s business. We don’t have any polished speeches about what we do. We just come in, turn on the lights, and start the machines. It’s a living, and we are glad to have the work. There isn't much more to it than that.
