New Shaloo Sales Corp. is right here in the middle of Chandni Chowk at 115, New Lajpat Rai Market. If you know this area, you know how busy it gets with the crowds and all the small shops packed together. We have been sitting in this spot for a long time now. It’s a bit of a maze getting to us if you aren't used to the narrow lanes, but most people who shop for electronics know the way. We don’t have any fancy office or a big reception area. It’s just the counter and the shelves behind us filled with stock. We open the shutters early because that’s when the regular buyers start coming in from other parts of the city. Usually, it’s just us handling the orders and checking the inventory. We try to keep things organized but sometimes when it's busy, there are boxes everywhere. It's just how a small business works in a place like this. We don’t spend money on big advertisements or anything like that. People find us because we’ve been here and they know what we sell. We talk to the customers, see what they need, and get it done. The market can be very noisy with all the rickshaws and people talking, but inside the shop, we just focus on the sales. It is a simple setup. We don't have a corporate team or anything, just a few of us making sure everything runs okay.
