Nek Dil Foundation

Our foundation, Nek Dil Foundation, is located at number 59 in Nahlisardhana. It is a very straightforward setup we have here. We don’t have a big sign or a lobby area for visitors. It is just us working out of this building. The structure is a bit older, but it serves our needs perfectly well for the work we do. Sardhana is the kind of place where most people know each other, so we don't really need much in the way of directions. We mostly focus on local matters that affect the people around us. It isn't always easy to keep everything moving, especially when we are short on time or resources, but we do what we can. The office space is usually a little cluttered with documents and supplies we need for our daily tasks. We spend our mornings catching up on whatever happened the day before and planning the next steps. There is a small group of us who handle everything from answering the phone to managing the paperwork. We don't use any fancy corporate strategies or big words to describe our work. We just talk to people and figure things out as they come up. It is a very hands-on way of doing things. Being at 59 Nahlisardhana feels right because it’s close to the people we are trying to help. We are just regular people working in a regular office every day.
