Our Ncc Ltd. office is located at 8/22 in Dakshipuri, New Delhi. If you know Delhi, you know how crowded and lively places like Dakshipuri can be. We are right in the middle of it. The office is on a street that always has something going on, from street vendors to people walking to the metro. Inside, it is a bit more peaceful, though you can still hear the city noise through the windows. We use this space to manage our urban projects and keep our records in order. It is a tight space because real estate in Delhi is like that, but we make it work. We have our files stacked up and our computers running most of the day. Lunch is usually whatever we can find at the local stalls nearby, which is one of the perks of being in this area. We don't have a big corporate lobby. You just walk in and we are right there working. It is a very practical environment. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when we have a lot of people coming in at once, but we manage.
