Nav Jyot Packaging

Our business, Nav Jyot Packaging, is out in Matiala village, specifically in the Lal Dora area. We are at house number 7, Kh. No. 61. It is more of a workshop than an office. We have machines running most of the day, so it gets a bit noisy. We make all sorts of packaging materials like boxes and wraps. There are always stacks of cardboard and rolls of tape everywhere you look. It is not the cleanest place, but that is the nature of the work we do. The village is a bit tucked away, so it is quieter than the main city parts. We have been here for a good number of years. It started small and we just kept going at this same location. The staff is mostly local guys from around the neighborhood. We don't have fancy titles or a big management team. We just show up and start the machines. Sometimes things break down and we have to spend the afternoon fixing a motor or a belt. It can be frustrating when we have a big order to finish, but we always find a way to get it done. We handle everything from cutting the material to loading it onto the trucks. It is physical work and it can get very hot in the summer months. We just focus on the orders we have for the week and try to keep our customers happy.
