Located on Esplanade Road in the middle of Chandni Chowk, N. K. Medallion Pvt. Ltd. is right in one of the busiest spots in Delhi. It’s the kind of place where you have to dodge people and carts just to get to the door. Our office has been around for a long time, and it shows in the way things are set up. It’s a bit old-fashioned, with wooden cabinets and heavy desks. We deal with medallions and similar items, so we have a lot of small, shiny things around the place. It’s not a polished corporate environment. It’s more of a traditional business where we know our neighbors and the people who have been buying from us for decades. The atmosphere is always a bit hectic because of where we are. You can hear the shouting of the street vendors and the bells of the cycles all day long. We spend our time checking the quality of the medals and making sure the orders are ready for pickup. Sometimes we sit around the desk and talk about how the market has changed since the old days.
