Multichannel Tech. Services. Pvt. Ltd

We are based in Saptrishi Apartments, Flat 12 in Pocket 7. It is right in that area between New Delhi and Haryana. The apartment complex is quite large, so people sometimes get lost looking for the right pocket. We run a tech services company out of the flat. It is not your typical office. We have desks set up in the living room area and cables running along the floor. It feels more like a home, which we actually prefer. We do a lot of tech support and remote services. The neighbors are mostly families, so we try not to be too loud during the day. We drink a lot of coffee to stay alert. There is a small balcony where we go to get some fresh air. We don't wear suits or anything like that. Usually, it is just jeans and t-shirts. We have a small team of five people. Sometimes the internet connection gives us trouble, and we all have to figure it out together. That’s just part of the tech life. We handle all sorts of different tech issues, which is why we have "multichannel" in the name. It’s a bit of a scramble some days when a lot of things go wrong at once. But we’ve been at this for a few years and we have a good rhythm now. It’s a simple, practical way to work.
