Muehlbauer (India) Pvt Ltd is situated on the 3rd floor of the Vikas Surya Shopping Mall. Being in Mangalam Place in Rohini Sector-3 means there is always a lot of foot traffic downstairs, but it's a bit quieter up here where we are. Our office is in room 310. It’s a bit of an odd spot for a technical company, being inside a mall, but it works out well for us. We have enough space for our desks and a small area where we keep some of the larger equipment. The carpets are a bit worn in the spots where we walk the most. We don't really have a lot of decorations on the walls, just some calendars and maybe a few technical diagrams taped up. Sometimes the mall music drifts in, but mostly we just hear the hum of our own machines. We keep a fairly regular schedule, starting early and leaving once the work is finished. It’s not a high-pressure environment with people yelling into phones. We mostly just communicate through quick chats across the room or sticky notes left on monitors. If someone needs something, they just ask. We've got a small fridge for our lunches and a kettle for tea. It's a very practical way to run a business. We focus on the technical details and don't spend much time on anything else. It’s just a normal office in a busy shopping center.
