Our place is at House No 162 in Pocket D-14, Sector-3, Rohini. It is a straightforward setup. We are not in a big glass building; it is a house that we have turned into our workspace. This means we have a kitchen and a bit more room than a cubicle farm. Sector-3 is a busy part of Rohini, so there is always noise from the street. We deal with logistics, which mostly means we are troubleshooting problems all day. Things go wrong, trucks get stuck, or paperwork gets lost. We just sit here and try to fix it. It is not glamorous work, but it is what we do. The office is usually full of maps and schedules pinned to the walls. We have a few computers and some very used chairs. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when everyone is talking at once. We take our tea breaks together when we can. The neighborhood is full of houses and small shops. It feels like a real community. We do not use big fancy words to describe what we do. We just make sure things get moved from one place to another. It is a lot of phone calls and a lot of waiting for updates.
