M/S D.S.Constructions Ltd.

You can find M/S D.S.Constructions Ltd. over at House No.242 in Pocket E-21, which is in Sector 3 of Rohini. We’ve been operating out of this part of Delhi for quite some time now. It’s a residential area, so we try to keep things relatively quiet at the house, but construction is naturally a loud business. Most of our actual work happens at various sites across the city, so the office is where we handle the bills and the phone calls. We aren't a big, fancy firm with a lobby or anything like that. It’s just us working out of a regular house in Sector 3. Sometimes the traffic in Rohini makes it hard to get the trucks in and out, but we’ve learned the best times to move. We have a small crew that has been with us for years. We know each other well and just get on with the job. There’s no corporate ladder here or complicated hierarchies. We just look at what needs to be built and we go do it. If you’re in the neighborhood, you’ll probably see our vehicles around. We don't spend money on big ads or marketing. Word of mouth is usually how we get our next job. It’s a straightforward way to run a business, and it’s served us well so far. We just focus on being practical and getting the work finished.
