We are right there at Char-Panch Ka Chowk in Faridabad N I T, specifically at 5M-116. If you know the chowk, you’ve probably walked past our shop a hundred times without even thinking about it. The shop is small and usually has a few old TV sets or speakers sitting out front waiting for their owners to pick them up. It’s a family-run thing that’s been going for a long time. My father started it years ago and now I’m handling most of the repairs myself. We specialize in fixing things that other people might say are too old to bother with anymore. There’s a lot of dust because of the busy road right outside, so we’re always having to wipe down the counters. We don't have a website or a social media manager to handle things. People just know us because we’ve been at 5M-116 forever and they trust us. We have tools scattered all over the back table—multimeters, heat guns, and jars of old screws that we’ve collected over the last thirty years. Sometimes a customer comes in just to chat for a bit while we work on their transistor or an LED screen. We aren't the fastest shop in town, but we do the job properly and we don't overcharge. The tea shop next door keeps us going with hot chai throughout the day. It’s a simple, honest life here in Faridabad. We open around ten and stay until the market starts to quiet down for the night.
