Mehra Motors

Mehra Motors is located right on the Mahipal Pur Main Basant School Road. If you know this area, you know how the traffic gets around school timings. It can be a real headache, but that’s where we are every day. The shop is usually full of car parts and the smell of engine oil. We’ve been at this spot for a while now. It’s not the biggest place, but we make it work. Most of the guys here have grease under their fingernails most of the time. We don’t really do fancy waiting rooms with coffee machines. Usually, people just stand around or sit on a plastic chair while we look at their vehicles. It’s a lot of manual work, lifting hoods and checking under chassis. The dust from the main road comes inside a lot, so we are always dusting off the counters. We deal with all sorts of people coming through Mahipal Pur. Some are in a huge rush and others just want to chat while we work. We just try to get through the list of jobs for the day without too many complications. Sometimes parts are hard to find and we have to wait, but that’s just how the motor business goes. It’s a loud, busy environment but it is what we know. We just show up, do the work at Mehra Motors, and head home for the evening.
