Max Super Speciality Hospital

This hospital is located at FC-50, C & D Block in Shalimar Bagh. It sits right in a part of the city where there are lots of houses and parks nearby. Because of where we are, we get a lot of families from the local area coming through the doors. The building itself is quite big, and it has these distinct blocks that can be a bit confusing if you’re not a regular here. We spend our shifts mostly managing the flow of people and making sure the records are in the right place. It’s a lot of manual work, honestly. The lobby is always full of people waiting for their turn, and the air conditioning is usually blasting to keep things cool. We have a small shop on the ground floor where people can get basic stuff. Most of us have been working here for a long time, so we know the layout by heart. It’s a very practical environment. We don’t have any fancy art on the walls, just the stuff that needs to be there. The parking situation can be a bit tricky in the evenings when everyone is visiting. We just try to keep things organized so it doesn't get too chaotic. It’s just a regular part of life here in Shalimar Bagh, doing the daily work that a big hospital requires. We focus on the files and the patients.
