Our unit is E-725 in the Dsidc Industrial Complex at Narela. Being out in Narela means we are quite a distance from the main city of Delhi, but this is where the industrial space is. It’s a massive complex, and sometimes even the delivery drivers get lost looking for our specific block. Matrix Control And Engineers Pvt. Ltd. is basically a place where we handle a lot of control systems and engineering tasks. The workshop is usually full of wires, panels, and tools scattered across the benches. It looks a bit chaotic to an outsider, but we know exactly where every screwdriver and multimeter is. The air in Narela can get a bit dusty, especially with all the construction and trucks moving around the complex. We have a small crew, and we mostly just stick to our work. There isn't any fancy furniture or a coffee machine that does lattes; we just have a basic kettle for tea. The days are long, and the commute can be a bit of a grind depending on where everyone is coming from. We don't spend much time on fancy presentations or corporate talk. We just get the panels wired and the systems checked so they can go out to the customers. It’s a very practical, no-nonsense kind of place. Some days are stressful when deadlines are tight, but mostly we just keep our heads down and get through the pile of work on our desks.
