Matrix Control & Engineers Pvt. Ltd. is situated at E-725 in the Narela Industrial Complex. If you’ve ever been out to Narela, you know it’s quite a trek from the main parts of the city. The industrial complex is huge, and it can be easy to get lost if you don't know where you're going. Our building is a simple structure that fits right in with the rest of the units around here. Inside, it’s all about the engineering work. We have different sections for different tasks, and it usually smells a bit like oil or metal. It’s not the quietest place to work, but we like the energy of it. Most of us have been working together for a long time, so we don’t need to say much to understand what needs doing. We usually start the day early to beat some of the heat and the traffic. There’s a tea stall not far from our gate where we usually gather for a few minutes before starting. It’s just a regular bunch of guys working with controls and machines. We don’t have a marketing department or anyone to write fancy brochures for us. We just keep our heads down and handle the orders that come in. It’s a practical life out here in E-725. We take pride in just getting through the day’s list without any drama. It is a long day usually, but the work is steady and keeps us busy.
