We are located in Rohini, specifically in Sector 7. The office is at 119/1 in Pocket A-3. It's a busy part of Delhi, so there’s always something going on outside. Manchanda Builders Ltd. isn't some massive corporation with a huge marketing budget, we're just local people who know how to build things properly. We spend a lot of time looking at plans and talking to suppliers on the phone. Sometimes the office gets a bit messy with all the files and samples, but we know where everything is kept. It’s a straightforward setup. We don’t have fancy coffee machines or a front desk person in a suit. Most days, it’s just the sound of the fans and someone on the phone trying to get a delivery sorted. We’ve been in this pocket for a while now. People around here know the name. We do our work and try to stay out of trouble. Building things in Delhi has its challenges, like the heat and the dust, but we’re used to it after all these years. We keep our tools and our records here. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s what we do for a living. If you walk past Sector 7, you might see us coming and going throughout the day.
