Maharishi Ayurveda Hospital

The building sits right here in BP- Block, Shalimar Bagh West. It’s a busy part of the neighborhood, and you can usually see people coming in and out throughout the day. We’ve been here for a while now, tucked into this corner of North Delhi. The place has a specific routine that starts early in the morning. You’ll find the staff getting things ready, checking the rooms, and making sure the supplies are where they need to be. There’s no big fancy entrance, just the usual doors you’d expect. Inside, it smells like herbs most of the time, which is just part of the job for us. People from around Shalimar Bagh know the spot well, and sometimes folks travel from further away too. It’s not always quiet, especially with the traffic outside on the main roads nearby, but inside we try to keep things moving steadily. We have different floors for different needs. The doctors have their rooms, and there are spaces for the various treatments people come for. It’s a lot of work keeping up with the cleaning and the patients, but that’s how a hospital runs. We don’t have any flashy signs or anything like that. It’s just a practical place for people who need this kind of care. Some days are more crowded than others, particularly on Monday mornings. We just do what we need to do to keep the hospital going every single day for everyone.
