We’re based in Burari, which is up in North Delhi. Our office is at House Number 3515/52 on Gali Number 98. It’s a residential area, so it feels more like a home than a big office block. M-Tech Developers has been around this neighborhood for a bit. We don't have any shiny glass walls or a front desk person. Usually, if the door is open, you can just walk in and talk to whoever is there. We spend a lot of time looking at land and thinking about how to build on it. It’s not always easy, especially with all the rules in Delhi, but we try our best. The street can get pretty crowded with bikes and people passing by, but that’s just how Gali 98 is. We aren't a massive company with hundreds of employees. We’re just a few people who know the local area well. We don’t do big advertising campaigns or anything. Most people hear about us from their neighbors or friends. We just take things one day at a time. It’s a simple way to run a business, but it’s worked for us so far. We’re just regular folks trying to make a living in the development game. There’s always a lot to do, and we’re usually busy with something. If you see us around, we’re probably just checking on a site or looking at some old blueprints. We like it that way.
