Our office is situated at C-9/18 in Rohini Sector 8, which is quite close to Madhuban Chowk. It’s a well-known area, so most people don’t have a hard time finding where we are. We are chartered accountants, so as you can imagine, there are a lot of numbers and tax forms flying around this place. The office is filled with tall shelves packed with files from different years. It’s a bit of a maze of paper sometimes. We have a few desks for the staff and a small area for visitors to sit while they wait. During the busy tax seasons, the place gets very hectic and we often stay quite late to finish everything. We don't have a lot of decorative items on the walls; we prefer to use the space for things we actually need for work. The lighting is bright because we have to do a lot of reading and checking of small print. We usually have a pot of tea going throughout the day to keep us moving. Being near Madhuban Chowk means we are in the middle of a very active part of Rohini. You can hear the traffic and the horns from the main road, but we’ve learned to tune it out. It’s a straightforward office where the focus is entirely on the ledger books and the computer screens. We’ve been at this for a long time in this same spot and know the neighborhood well.
