We’ve taken up a few units here in Sector 18, specifically B-1/16, 17, and 18. Having three spots next to each other makes it easier to keep the different parts of the business separate, though people still end up running back and forth all day. Working with cards means there is always paper everywhere—stacks on the desks, boxes in the corners, and scraps on the floor. It’s a bit of a mess, honestly, but it’s a productive kind of mess. We don't have a lot of fancy decorations on the walls. Mostly just samples of things we’ve worked on over the years. The machines can be quite loud when they are all running at once, so we have to shout a bit to be heard. It’s not a place for someone who wants a quiet, sterile office environment. We are more like a workshop. Everyone knows their job, from the person handling the cutting to the one doing the packing. We don't go in for big mission statements or anything like that. We just want to make sure the orders are correct and that they go out on time. Lunchtime is usually the only time it gets quiet, when we all sit down together for a bit and share what we brought from home. It’s just a regular local business, run by people who have been doing this for a long time now.
