We are located in the heart of Chandni Chowk, inside the Bhagirath Palace market. Our shop is number 3 on the second floor, in the 1481-1486 section of the Gopal building. If you’ve ever been to Bhagirath Palace, you know it’s a maze of wires and lights and people everywhere. It’s probably one of the busiest places in the whole city. We handle overseas trade from this office, which means we spend a lot of time looking at shipping schedules and talking to people across the ocean. The stairs up to our floor are old and quite narrow, so it’s a bit of a climb if you aren't used to it. It’s always noisy with the sounds of the market below, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We don’t have a big corporate setup, just a few chairs and some computers where we track our trade deals. It’s a very traditional way of doing business in a very traditional part of Delhi. We just try to get the work done without making too much of a fuss about it. Sometimes the heat in the market is quite something during the summer months, but we have a fan that keeps us going. It’s a decent place to work if you like being in the middle of everything. We just keep our trade moving and deal with the daily chaos of the market. There's always someone looking for something in the lanes below us.
