Larsen & Toubro Ltd - Ecc Division

We’re over in Sector 15 of Rohini, at F-16/29. This is where the Larsen & Toubro Ltd - Ecc Division team operates. New Delhi can be a pretty hectic place, but this corner of Rohini is where we’ve set up shop. The office is a basic setup, nothing that’s going to win any design awards. We’ve got our desks, some old filing cabinets, and a lot of work to get through. We don't spend much time worrying about how the place looks to outsiders. It’s a functional space for people who actually do work. We usually have tea together in the afternoon when things slow down for a minute. It’s a mixed group of us here, and we just try to keep things moving. The weather in Delhi can be tough, especially the heat, but the office stays decent enough. We don't have any of those corporate mission statements on the walls. We just know what we have to do each morning and we go about doing it. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s ours. We speak plainly and don't try to sound more important than we are. If you need something, you just ask. That’s the way we’ve always done it here in Sector 15. It’s just how we operate day to day, trying to stay ahead of the deadlines and keeping the paperwork in order.
