Laing O' Rourke Technical Services

Laing O' Rourke Technical Services is based over here in Tagore Garden Extension at House No.C105. It’s a typical residential neighborhood in New Delhi, and that’s how we like it because it stays mostly calm. We handle a lot of the technical side of things from this office. There’s always a laptop open or someone looking at a complicated drawing on the desk. It’s not a huge setup, just a few rooms where we can sit and figure out the tricky parts of the jobs we take on. Sometimes the traffic outside is loud, but inside we just focus on the task at hand. We’ve been in this part of Delhi for a bit, and people around here mostly know us as the guys who deal with construction tech. It’s not a corporate headquarters with glass walls. It feels more like a home office because that’s basically what it is. We spend most of our hours here trying to make sure the technical specs are right before anything gets built. Sometimes we stay late when a deadline is coming up. It’s just how it goes in this line of work. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a flashy office, we just need a decent place to work. Usually, there's some tea going and a lot of papers scattered around the place. Our pin is 110084 and we've been at this location for years now.
