If you have ever been down to Sadar Bazar, you know how tight Gali Jatwara can get. Our shop, Krishna Trophies Manufactures & Supplier, is right at number 67, near Pul Mithai. It’s a bit of a squeeze getting there, especially when the delivery carts are blocking the way in the mornings. We spend most of our hours surrounded by metal bases, plastic figures, and wood parts. There is always some dust from the polishing machines and the sharp smell of glue or paint. It’s definitely not a quiet place. Someone is usually hammering something in the back or arguing about a delivery time on the phone. We started this because we knew the area well and saw how many people needed trophies for schools or local sports clubs. We don't have a big, fancy showroom with carpets. It’s more of a workshop where boxes are stacked up to the ceiling. You really have to watch your step when you walk in or you'll trip over a crate. Sometimes the lights flicker when the neighbor turns on their heavy equipment, but we just keep going. My hands are usually a bit dirty or stained by lunch. We eat our tiffin right there at the workbench while we talk. It’s a simple life. We supply what people ask for and try to keep the orders moving out the door. Gali Jatwara is loud, messy, and always busy, but it’s where we belong. We’ve been at 67 for years now, and we know everyone.
