Krish Kars

Down here on Hamilton Road at Kashmiri Gate, things move pretty fast. Krish Kars is our small spot where we deal with all sorts of car-related stuff. If you have been to this part of Delhi, you know how crowded the lanes get. We are right in the thick of it. Most of the time we are busy with parts or talking to drivers who need something specific for their vehicles. It is a bit dusty and there is always the smell of engine oil or new tires in the air. We don't have a big corporate lobby or anything like that. Just a desk, some chairs, and a lot of talk about engines and bodywork. People come in looking for spares or just to ask advice on a repair. We have seen a lot of different models come through the area over the years. Some days are slower than others, but usually, there is a lot of shouting across the road and moving boxes around. It is just how it is at Kashmiri Gate. We keep it simple and try to help out whoever walks through the door. It’s a family-run kind of feeling even when we are stressed with a big order. We have lived and worked around here for a long time now. The heat can be tough in the summer months, but we just keep the fans going and carry on with our work. It’s what we know best. We are usually here till late evening making sure everything is shut up tight.
