Khushal Architech Buildtech Pvt Ltd is located in Rohini at B-5/59, Sector-4. We’ve been in this spot for a good while, and it definitely looks like a place where people actually work. There are rolls of architectural drawings everywhere, and the desks are usually covered in pens, scales, and half-empty coffee mugs. We don’t have a big fancy lobby with a fountain or anything like that. When you walk in, you’re pretty much right in the middle of our workspace. It can get a bit loud when we’re all debating something or when the phone starts ringing non-stop. We have a few computers that are always running hot, and the room usually smells a bit like paper and ink. Sector-4 is a busy area, so there’s always a lot of traffic and noise from the street, but we don’t mind it much anymore. We don't use any corporate lingo or try to sound like we’re something we aren't. We’re just a practical team that enjoys the process of planning and building. Our lunch breaks are usually spent at the desks or at the small table in the corner where we talk about everything except work. We like the community feel of Rohini and have made some good friends among the other local business owners. It’s just a normal day-to-day operation where we try to do a good job and keep things moving forward without any unnecessary drama.
