Khanna Business Developer Private Limited is located in Santnagar, specifically in the village area of Burari. Our office is at House No. 109/1, on the first floor of Street No. 5 in Chandan Vihar. It’s a bit of a trek to get here if you aren't from North Delhi, but we like the area. It’s very much a local neighborhood with narrow streets and people always out and about. We’ve been developing various business ideas from this office for a while now. It’s not a polished corporate space. The stairs are a bit steep, and the ceiling fan makes a clicking noise that we’ve just learned to ignore. We have a few desks and some old chairs, and that’s about it. We don't really do the whole marketing thing or try to sound bigger than we are. We are just local people working on business stuff. Sometimes the electricity goes out in the afternoon, so we just take a break until it comes back on. It’s a very grounded way of working. We know the people on our street, and we feel like part of the community here. We just take one day at a time, trying to grow the business slowly and steadily without making any fuss. We might not have a fancy boardroom, but we get plenty done right here on Street Number Five.
