We don’t have a website or any fancy marketing stuff. Most of our customers are mechanics or other shop owners who have been dealing with us for a long time. They know we’re honest and that we don’t overcharge for things. The traffic in Kashmere Gate is always a headache, so we spend a lot of time waiting for deliveries to arrive. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to work by candlelight or with a small generator, but we don't let that stop us.
