We are located in Rohini, specifically in Sector-11. Our workshop is in Pocket 4, at House Number 142 and 143. We have been making tandoors here for quite a while now. It is a family-run kind of place where things stay pretty busy most days. The work is mostly clay and metal. We have a few guys who have been with us for years and they know exactly how to shape the clay so it doesn't crack too much when it gets hot. It is a dusty job and the summers in Delhi make the workshop feel like an oven itself, but we just get on with it. People from all over the city come to us when they are setting up a new dhaba or a restaurant in their neighborhood. We do not have a fancy showroom with glass windows or anything like that. You just come to the house and see the work happening right there in the yard. Sometimes deliveries take a bit longer if it rains because the clay takes forever to dry out properly. We try to keep a few standard sizes ready but usually, we are just working on whatever order came in last. It is a simple business. We focus on making sure the tandoors are sturdy enough to handle daily use in a busy kitchen. That is basically what we do every day.
